The estate comprises, in addition to Villa Mordini, several rural buildings and apartments, all carefully restored using traditional Tuscan materials such as stone, chestnut wood, and handmade terracotta floor tiles. LA FILANDA (3 apartments 6+4+4 guests) a large stone house of approximately 450 sqm, which was used for natural silk production until 1850. It has been completely restored with meticulous attention to detail. CASA DEL ROSSO: A finely restored stone villa of about 130 sqm, equipped with all modern comforts. It includes three bedrooms and accommodates 6+1 guests. CAPANNA DEL ROSSO: An ancient stone barn elegantly restored, covering about 80 sqm. It features a spacious bedroom with a living room and fireplace, accommodating 2+1 guests.
